Job Description:
A company is looking for an Assistant Corporate Controller.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the preparation and review of the Company's monthly external
financial statements
Oversee accounting for significant areas such as debt, pensions,
and warranties, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC
requirements
Provide technical accounting guidance and support the preparation
and filing of the Company's proxy statement and other reports
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting required
CPA certification required
Public accountant experience required
Minimum of 7 years of work experience
Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and the
Sarbanes Oxley Act
