Digital Banking Representative

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Digital Banking Service Representative to provide customer service regarding online banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily administration duties including approving online banking applications and monitoring reports
Facilitate and monitor new remote deposit capture clients and assist with sales presentations
Provide tier two problem resolution support for consumer and business products via phone or chat

Required Qualifications

Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 4 years of related experience in the financial services industry preferred
Previous experience with consumer and business online banking products preferred
Basic knowledge of state and federal banking compliance regulations
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Outlook
