  WORK EXPERIENCE
  • AutoCAD Experience in Plumbing.
  • Construction industry experience a plusKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
    • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Capable of handling multiple tasks with simultaneous deadlines.
      Pay Range: $25.00 to $40.00.
      
      Position RequirementsJob Descriptions:
      Under the supervision of the Engineering Department, the CAD Engineer will be trained for preparing residential plumbing construction documents for various projects.
      Education & Experience:High school education/College and experience in AutoCAD
      Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Proficient in AutoCADConstruction knowledge and able to read structure plansGeneral knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookGeneral knowledge of engineering theories and methodologies a plus
      Duties and Responsibilities:Assist in the development of design approaches and concepts on assigned projectsAssist in the data collection and/or field verificationEnsure that all drawings are prepared with accuracy, neatness, and prior to project deadlineCommunicate with team members, team leader, and outside builders to obtain necessary information of drawings.Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with coworkers and employees.Maintain excellent punctuality and attendance.Perform other duties, as assigned.
