Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director of Engineering
(Solutions Area).
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product Directors to execute the roadmap for Sell
and Sign products
Lead and manage multiple teams of software engineers and
Engineering Managers, overseeing end-to-end execution
Implement the technology roadmap and processes to maintain high
system uptime and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in engineering, with at least 5 years in
management roles
Experience in building and operating software products, preferably
in the SaaS domain
Proven leadership experience with a focus on optimizing team
performance and growth
Strong technical expertise with hands-on experience in software
engineering (Python/Java/Scala/Javascript/Golang)
Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and
engineering excellence
