Job Description:
A company is looking for an Engagement Manager, Employee
Protection Solutions (B2B2C/ Voluntary Benefits).
Key Responsibilities
Drive measurable increases in employee enrollments for identity
protection services across client organizations
Develop tailored communications strategies and campaigns aligned
with client goals
Monitor enrollment data and report on key metrics such as
enrollment rates and campaign ROI
Required Qualifications
High School diploma mandatory
5 years' experience in marketing, ideally in field marketing or
sales support position
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related
field preferred
2+ years' experience with B2B2C content creation preferred
Experience in content creation in employee benefits and/or
financial services markets preferred
