Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Manager, Training &
Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and expand the Growth/Upsell enablement function,
aligning training initiatives with business objectives
Develop comprehensive training curriculum and materials to support
new product and process introductions
Utilize data analysis to track performance metrics and measure the
effectiveness of training programs
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
3-5 years of experience as a trainer or manager in a high-growth
tech environment
Demonstrated ability to build impactful training programs from
scratch
Expertise in various learning methodologies and experience with
Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Strong data analysis skills for interpreting performance
metrics
Familiarity with AI coaching tools and performance monitoring
platforms is a plus
