Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr Pharmacy Product Manager/Owner to
oversee product development and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage the product roadmap in alignment with business
goals and customer needs
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new product
opportunities and enhance existing offerings
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product
requirements and prioritize the product backlog
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical
experience
7+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years as a Product
Owner or Product Manager
Solid understanding of agile methodologies and product management
frameworks
Proficiency in product management tools and software (e.g., JIRA,
Aha or similar)
Experience in healthcare, particularly pharmacy workflow and/or
pharmacy management systems is preferred
