• Oversees Scripps Coastal Hospitalist Group, Coastal Centralized Contact Center, Coastal Provider Resources Team and Southern Region Outpatient Clinics.
• Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple outpatient patient care units or departments, including financial and operational performance, service excellence and internal communications.
• Works with the management staff of the practice unit and departments to coordinate strategic planning of business units and the ongoing development and productivity of the physician office practices and non-physician staff.
• Provides leadership and direction to directors, managers, supervisors and leads to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations, quality outcomes and internal and external customer service.#LI-KL1
