Job Description:
A company is looking for a Proposal Center Manager to lead and
oversee the proposal team responsible for developing winning
proposals across global regions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of proposal specialists and resources
Develop and execute the proposal strategy ensuring global alignment
and compliance
Track and report on proposal outcomes to guide improvements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 5 years of related experience with RFP requirements and
proposal writing
Proven track record in leading proposal resources in a
deadline-driven environment
Strong knowledge of proposal development best practices
APMP certification is a plus
