Key Responsibilities
Manage teams, project engagements, and the P&L of the business
unit
Ensure quality of solutions delivery and maintain customer
satisfaction
Provide leadership and guidance to team members for performance and
career development
Required Qualifications
BA or BS degree required; MBA or post-graduate degree preferred
5+ years of client-facing experience, including 3 years in
technology project management
Demonstrated history in managing a P&L and understanding of
accessible development
Experience with coaching and mentoring team members
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced
environment
