Job Description:
A company is looking for a Voice Capacity Management
Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain appropriate levels of interconnect capacity in the
Telecommunication voice switched network
Provide voice interconnection planning and support for existing TDM
and IP infrastructure
Conduct trending analysis of TDM and VoIP interconnects to maintain
P.01 grade of service
Required Qualifications
Experience with TIRKS, VPLAN, and TDCS
Strong working knowledge of voice switch networks and PSTN call
flows
Bachelor's degree or five years of relevant experience
Ability to work closely with Voice Carrier customers and internal
teams
Experience in project management related to network
interconnection
