Job Description:
A company is looking for an Oracle EBS Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage software development professionals and provide leadership,
coaching, and training
Analyze project costs and feasibility while developing and
administering schedule and performance requirements
Research, design, and modify enterprise-wide systems and
applications software, ensuring compliance with software
standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of experience as an
Oracle EBS Subject Matter Expert
3+ years of experience managing large teams (10+) in a development
environment
Experience in designing software architectures for scalability,
reliability, and performance
Hands-on experience with Agile methodology
Deep understanding of the software development life cycle
(SDLC)
