Key Responsibilities
Monitor team performance and ensure compliance with industry
standards and regulatory deadlines
Collaborate with various teams to enhance operations and achieve
business objectives
Create and deliver risk adjustment training to improve team
efficiency and performance
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work
experience
5+ years of experience in Risk Adjustment coding and auditing
2+ years of experience in team management
Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification
Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHRs) and Clinical
Continuity of Care Documents (CCDs)
