• Certification Details
• AHA ACLS, BLS, NIH certifications required
• Float to less or like specialties where needed and qualified
  • Job Details
  • A minimum of two (2) years of RECENT/CURRENT experience required
  • No more than 3 month gap in ICU experience
  • EPIC experience required
  • Must be comfortable working at any and all facilities listed without prior training
  • 12-hour shifts

        • Unit Specific Information
        • Units include: MICU, SICU, Cardiac and Neuro
        • Patient Ratio - 1:2
          • Additional Details
          • Charting system: Epic
          • 3 month separation - previous perm staff will need to be reviewed by Providence leaders prior to pipeline approval
          • Providence will not be reviewing/approving any clinicians with background or license hits
          • Proof of flu vaccination or declination required
