team of actuaries and enhance group products.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of 4 actuaries to enhance and price group Dental &
Vision products
Develop strategies for group Dental & Vision offerings
Collaborate on various ancillary health products, including
Accident & Health and Disability
Required Qualifications
Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) designation
8+ years of actuarial experience
Experience in Dental, Vision, and other ancillary health
products
Strong background in pricing and product enhancement
Leadership experience managing actuarial teams
