Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Associate to join
their team on an hourly basis.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat in a timely and
professional manner
Troubleshoot and resolve product or service-related issues,
ensuring customer satisfaction
Assist customers with order status, shipping updates, returns, and
exchanges
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an ecommerce
environment
Proficiency in Shopify and helpdesk platforms such as Gorgias,
Zendesk, or Tidio
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional
customer experiences
