Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of HR Technology
(remote).
Key Responsibilities
Define, develop, and execute HR Technology strategy for assigned
domains
Oversee HR technology domains including Workday Payroll, Benefits,
and Time Keeping
Collaborate with executive leaders to provide recommendations on HR
technology strategies
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Post-graduate degree in human resources, computer science,
information technology, or related field
Minimum of twelve (12) years of progressively responsible
experience in HR Technology
Extensive Global Workday experience required
At least five (5) years of experience in direct people
management
Demonstrated experience in designing enterprise strategies for
technology domains
