A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support
Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert-level technical support for advanced customer
requests and issues
Act as the primary triager for bug reports and collaborate with
engineering for resolution
Build and maintain internal tools to enhance support team
efficiency and documentation
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in technical support or customer support
engineering
Proficiency in querying data with SQL and familiarity with
JavaScript
Experience in building support tools using platforms like
Retool
Strong understanding of APIs and third-party integrations
Excellent troubleshooting skills for diagnosing complex technical
issues
