Oracle HCM Developer

Job Description:

A company is looking for an Oracle HCM Developer (W2 Only, GC/USC).

Key Responsibilities

Develop and troubleshoot Oracle HCM components using Fast Formulas, HCM Extract, OTBI, BI Publisher, PL-SQL, and OIC
Support testing of on-cycle/off-cycle payroll process flows, GL costing, and creating third-party files
Load HR or payroll-related data using HDL/HSDL loaders

Required Qualifications

5+ years of Oracle HCM development experience
Expertise in CoreHR or Payroll modules
Strong skills in Fast Formulas, HCM Extract, OTBI, BI Publisher, PL-SQL, and OIC
Experience with HDL/HSDL loaders
