A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Web Support to oversee
and lead the Web Support & Social Media Departments.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of Web Support & Social Media Departments,
ensuring performance metrics and customer satisfaction goals are
met
Develop and maintain workflows, policies, and procedures to enhance
operational efficiency
Monitor customer satisfaction trends and prepare actionable plans
for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
10+ years in Call Center/Web Support Management
5+ years leading large teams (25+ indirect)
Proven experience in developing and executing operational
strategies
Technical proficiency with CRM systems and workforce management
software
Strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance
requirements
