Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and migration of the Lace Wallet to a
mobile-first framework
Empower and mentor a team of software engineers, SDETs, and DevOps
engineers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute
project milestones
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in computing
3+ years as a team leader or manager
Practical experience with Agile software development methods
Experience with blockchain applications or digital wallets
Understanding of mobile app security and performance
optimization
