MonthsRate: $50/hr on C2C (Max)Skills Required:
- 5 to 10 years industry experience, Bachelor's degree in
computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience developing applications in Adobe AEM, Documentum,
and Captiva.
- Experience in databases, preferable SQL Server 2012.
- Experience in working with infrastructure architects to set up
high availability applications.
- Experience in troubleshooting performance issues at the
application, database, or network level.
- Experience in setting up different kinds of SSO configurations
(Working experience setting up SSO using Oracle Access Manager is a
plus).
- Ability to understand the customer's business problem, need, or
opportunity and to design an IS solution that appropriately
addresses the business problem, need, or opportunity.
- Communicate value of different platforms to the client and
within HP Leadership.
- Provide advanced-level development, testing, debugging, and
documentation skills.
- Provide oversight, planning, and technical guidance to ensure
successful delivery of software projects.
- Help lead the technical design.
- Independently lead the estimation effort for a project.
- Ensure software developed adheres to best practices and quality
standards through code and design reviews.
- Interface with client technical leads and architects in support
of integration design.
- Display strong leadership skills, including the ability to
deliver constructive feedback and the ability to lead by
example.
- Identify risks and challenges the customer should expect to
encounter with the solution based on similar efforts done with
other customers.
- Build and manage long-term strategic relationships at Business
Unit leader and CIO, CTO level.
- Good customer influence and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prepare clear, concise, and persuasive
communications for multiple audiences, including demonstrating
effective writing and presentation skills, listening actively, and
projecting a trustable image.
- Ability to articulate technical or operational problems or
issues into understandable business terms.
- Excellent speaking and writing skills.
- Maintains a positive attitude and desire to train others.Job
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the software design, development, and
implementation of applications using Adobe AEM, EMC Documentum
Captiva.
- Architect custom solutions of project or operational
scope.
- Architect reusable solutions of project or operational
scope.
- Capture and share architectural IP at the project and program
level.
- Oversee the implementation and governance of architectures of
project and program or operational scope.
- Develop for client technically feasible long-term IT strategies
and plans.
- Assess business impact of specific
technologies/strategies.
- Identify and address technical or operational risks.
- Provide review/input on project activities for medium to large
business unit level projects.
- Collaborate with the project manager to develop detailed
project plans and work breakdown structures for medium to large
business unit level projects.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations at CTO/CIO levels for
