Job Description:

A company is looking for a Support Operations Developer to optimize and enhance support operations through tool development and automation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain custom tools for support teams
Automate repetitive tasks using scripting languages
Build and maintain internal web-based tools and integrations

Required Qualifications

Proficiency in JavaScript, Angular JS, and Python
Experience in scripting and automation
Familiarity with web development practices and responsive design
Experience with API integrations
Knowledge of version control systems such as Git
