Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to
provide technical assistance to customers and enhance their
experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers via email, screen sharing,
and chat, ensuring timely responses within established SLAs
Master the product to effectively troubleshoot and document
solutions for scalability
Contribute to internal and external documentation and participate
in team meetings for troubleshooting and efficiency
Required Qualifications
2+ years of technical customer support experience in a SaaS/Tech
environment
Experience troubleshooting cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or
GCP
Understanding of APIs and Networking
Familiarity with log management tools like Datadog
Ability to work an 8AM-5PM CST schedule with on-call
responsibilities as needed
