Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Vendor Manager to oversee the
management of the printer fleet and mobile devices.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the lifecycle of printers and mobile devices, including
inventory tracking and vendor coordination
Lead the transition of mobile services to primary providers and
monitor usage for cost optimization
Maintain vendor relationships and manage contracts to ensure
compliance and favorable terms
Required Qualifications:
7-10+ years of management or leadership experience in IT vendor or
asset management
3-5 years of experience managing vendor relationships and contracts
in an enterprise environment
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a
related field, or equivalent work experience preferred
Strong understanding of ITSM processes and hardware asset
lifecycles
Familiarity with managing contracts, billing, and licensing for
printers and mobile devices
