Job Description:
Efficiently plan daily schedules for service technicians with
either customers or contracted service providers, ensuring prompt
attendance to service requests.

Handle incoming service calls effectively, addressing customer
inquiries and providing timely assistance.
Craft accurate quotations for service projects including emergency,
scheduled calls, and preventative maintenance agreements, with a
robust follow-up system to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Oversee the progression of service jobs, ensuring their completion
within the stipulated timeframe and accurate invoicing.
Liaise with warehouse staff to confirm the availability of
necessary parts for scheduled service jobs.
Monitor and manage all periodic maintenance agreements to ensure
they are executed timely.
Manage administrative duties such as entering service data,
generating reports, updating client records, and conducting
follow-ups on customer satisfaction surveys.
Ensure quick acknowledgment of customer communications through
emails, texts, and calls.
Resolve customer complaints effectively, employing keen attention
to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Uphold a high standard of professionalism, integrity, and
reliability in all interactions with both customers and team
members.
