Job Description:
A company is looking for a Claims Specialist to manage and
negotiate medical claims balances.
Key Responsibilities
Handle member calls and cases for claims fee negotiation
Negotiate consumer/member medical claims with healthcare
providers
Track settlements and report results to management
Required Qualifications
Claims or call center experience preferred
Bachelor's degree or applicable work experience
Basic computer skills and ability to search for resources
online
Familiarity with various types of health insurance coverage and
coordination of benefits
Ability to interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)
