Job Description:
A company is looking for a Member Advocacy Specialist to manage
regulatory and high-risk complaints.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the resolution process for regulatory and
high-risk complaints
Analyze complaints to determine appropriate actions for compliance
with policies and regulations
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complaints and
advocate for member interests
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of customer escalation experience in the
financial services industry
Familiarity with regulatory complaint resolution processes
preferred
Intermediate knowledge of banking regulations and compliance
requirements
Proven ability to make sound judgments in resolving member
issues
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and
deadlines effectively
