Job Description:
A company is looking for a Care Advisor to assist with caregiver
search and support for families in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Guide members through the caregiver search journey by building
relationships and providing exceptional communication
Collaborate with the Enrollment Team for seamless transitions and
provide ongoing support after caregiver hire
Document interactions accurately in the EHR system and assist in
the inbound call center as needed
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework
preferred
Six months of experience in a customer service role required; one
year preferred
At least one year of experience in a customer service or call
center environment preferred
Previous healthcare experience preferred
Ability to work for prolonged periods at a desk and on a
computer
