Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Talent Advisor to manage
the end-to-end recruitment life cycle for multiple clients.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in client calls to understand recruitment needs and
challenges
Source candidates using social media and technology to build talent
pools
Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure candidate fit with
client criteria
Required Qualifications
End-to-end recruiting experience in diverse organizational
settings
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to navigate hiring for specialized technical roles
Proficiency in both French and English
Experience in nurturing relationships with stakeholders and
managing expectations
