Job Description:
A company is looking for an RCM Client Advocate III to manage
client relationships and ensure satisfaction with revenue cycle
management services.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary
liaison between clients and internal teams
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide data analysis,
reports, and recommendations for improvement
Contribute to audits and root cause analysis to uphold performance
standards and develop corrective action plans
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, including
billing and practice management
3+ years in a client-facing role with proven account management
skills
Proficient in healthcare billing software and EHR/PM platforms
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly advanced
Excel skills
Chiropractic experience and professional certifications in
healthcare billing or coding are preferred
