Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Analytics Lead (Financial)
to drive business growth through analytical strategies and
recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop analytical frameworks to address business objectives and
derive actionable insights
Implement digital testing programs and optimize offer presentment
strategies to enhance customer engagement
Manage end-to-end project processes, including strategy development
and consensus building with stakeholders
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline; graduate degree
preferred
5+ years of experience in a quantitative field, preferably in the
Financial/Credit Card industry
Experience with web strategies, A/B testing, and Adobe
analytics
Proficiency in data analysis using SAS, SQL, or Python/R
Strong understanding of consumer lending markets and customer life
cycles
