Job Description:
A company is looking for a 401(k) Conversion Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Onboard new retirement clients to recordkeeping and administrative
platforms, overseeing asset transfers
Ensure a positive transition experience through consultations and
consistent updates
Coordinate and review all necessary paperwork for multiple
onboarding projects simultaneously
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work
experience
3+ years of experience in defined contribution plans, preferably in
conversion or plan administration
Expertise in defined contribution plans, plan documents, and ERISA
regulations
Project management leadership skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
