Job Description Join a dynamic team implementing and providing
Security guidance to our Electronic Solutions Business Sector
campus located in San Diego, CA. This is an opportunity to develop

program.As a Security Specialist Sr., you will work with the
Industrial Security team, site leadership and both internal and
external customers to support a variety of fascinating programs.
This role provides onsite support for the site's collateral
security program.The candidate must exercise discretion and
independent judgement in performing the following tasks:
Interpret government and internal
company policies, develop and implement security plans and
procedures utilizing the new 32 CFR Part 117 National Industrial
Security Operating Manual (NISPOM) as well as any other specific
programmatic instruction manualsConduct security briefings and
provide security guidance to company personnelConduct
investigations and interviews of non-compliance matters and issues
relating to security violationCompletes appropriate documentation
according to company and government directivesCoordinating
personnel security actions with Personnel Security team and
FSOManages classified inventory including shipping, receiving,
auditing, and contract close-outsOversee operation of DCSA
accredited Open Storage Areas, Restricted Areas and Containers
including adherence to DD 147s, combinations changes, and providing
employee open/close training.Provide support as necessary during
emergenciesAssist with facility construction and continued
accreditation requirementsAssist with security reviews to include
Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) visits,
formal self-inspections, and Staff Assistance Visits (internal
audits) of other BAE Systems facilities------Other duties as
assignedBecause of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration
and the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of
this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This
means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility
100% of the time.Required Education, Experience, & Skills Education
Bachelor's degree and 4 years of
experience or 8 years of experience in lieu of degreeMinimum of
2-3yrs experience (or related experience)Active Secret Clearance
(within 10 year scope)Skills Required
Must have a working knowledge of
contracts, subcontractor and consultants.DISS, NISS, SIMS, Word,
Excel, Powerpoint;Be able to adapt to various daily
environmentsFlexible with providing support to programs and project
teamsDemonstrate understanding of the 32 CFR Part 117 Proficient
written and verbal communication skills.Able to identify
inefficiencies and implement solutions.Maintain personnel &

InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $78760 - $133870Please note:
This range is based on our market pay structures. However,
individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors
including, but not limited to: business considerations, local
market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate
qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. Employee
