Safety.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and refine content moderation policies based on research
and industry best practices
Draft and implement user-friendly policies related to content
moderation and user safety
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure policy alignment
and operational effectiveness
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, product policy,
compliance, or similar roles
Deep understanding of online safety challenges and legal
frameworks
Proven expertise in policy development and implementation
Strong analytical skills for informed policy decision-making
Collaborative approach to work effectively with diverse
stakeholders
