Key Responsibilities
Create monthly goals and execute the overall lead generation
strategy
Hire, retain, and manage the Lead Generation team
Own the lead and account management process, ensuring data quality
and distribution
Required Qualifications
Experience in B2B Sales preferred
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Excel; knowledge of
Python or SQL is a plus
Strong project management skills
Desire to develop and manage lead generation processes
Analytical and process-oriented mindset
