Job Description:
A company is looking for a Certified Pharmacy Technician to join
their team in a fully remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries, escalating
issues as needed
Research customer concerns thoroughly to provide accurate and
timely resolutions
Record customer interactions, process requests, and update account
histories with detailed documentation
Required Qualifications
Active Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification by the
start date
A minimum of four years of customer service or telephone support
experience
Familiarity with help desk software, fax machines, and telephone
systems
The ability to work independently while managing multiple
priorities in a remote environment
