Job Description:
A company is looking for a Proposal Analyst to assist in the
Request for Proposal (RFP) process and collaborate with the Senior
Proposal Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Senior Proposal Manager to ensure timely
completion and submission of high-quality proposals
Gather relevant information and develop tailored proposals with
cross-functional teams
Maintain and expand the RFP response database, ensuring content is
accurate and up-to-date
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a
related field, or equivalent work experience
1-3 years of Business/Marketing experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with RFP
management software is a plus
Strong organizational skills and self-motivation to drive tasks to
completion
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight
deadlines
