Volt is immediately hiring Maintenance Mechanic Lead in Fullerton, California.

As a Maintenance Mechanic Lead, you will be responsible for:
Supervise a team of maintenance staff and assign tasks to them
Maintain and repair equipment and facilities
Oversee the ordering and stocking of operating supplies
Perform regular maintenance inspections and record findings
Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure optimal performance of equipment
Respond to emergency calls and take appropriate action
Monitor maintenance costs and take steps to ensure efficiency
Train and educate maintenance staff on proper safety protocols and procedures
Ensure that all maintenance activities are completed in a timely manner and comply with legal and safety regulations

The ideal candidate will have:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in a maintenance role
Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
Able to troubleshoot and repair various types of equipment
Good organizational and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to lift heavy objects

This is a Full-Time, Contract opportunity.

Schedule: 1st Shift: Mon - Fri 6 am - 3 pm + OT - 2nd shift: 3 pm to 11:30 pm
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Fullerton, California
Pay Rate: $25.0 - $30.0 per hour on W2.

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
