  NP Mechanical, Inc. is a 100% Employee-Owned Employer and a recognized provider of residential Plumbing, HVAC, and Fire Protection, serving national and regional home builders throughout Southern California.
  We are seeking a Plumbing Customer Service / Quality Control Technician to join our team! You will maintain and repair industrial production and processing machinery.
  Responsibilities:Complete plumbing drain cleaning and other related in-home, service calls.Educate and assist customers.Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business.Ensure quality standards are met on the jobsPlan and communicate to prevent problems and/or resolve emerging issuesRequired to drive to different jobsitesMaintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truckBe accurate and timely with invoices, timecards and feedbackExcellent with attendanceWillingness to work OT when required
  
  Position RequirementsQualifications:Minimum of 2 years of experience in plumbingPrevious experience in machinery or other related fieldsStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsFamiliarity with industrial tools and equipmentAbility to handle physical workload
