Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Desk Analyst for a 100%
remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate client issues by analyzing symptoms and resolving level
1 problems
Answer inbound phone calls and chats, ensuring consistent delivery
of procedures and scripts
Assist clients with requests and provide basic to advanced
technical support
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a structured IT Support environment
3+ years of experience in Customer Service roles
Associate's degree and 1+ CompTIA certifications are required
Expert knowledge of networking, computing, and business
applications
Experience with remote support and network diagnostic tools
