A company is looking for a Sales Manager,
Mid-Market/Enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team focused on
mid-market and enterprise clients
Develop and implement strategies to penetrate target accounts and
increase deal size
Track key sales metrics and analyze performance trends to refine
strategies and processes
Required Qualifications
3-4 years of management experience, with at least 2 years managing
a mid-market or enterprise sales team in B2B SaaS
Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and winning
high-value deals
Ability to design and execute go-to-market strategies for
mid-market and enterprise accounts
Experience implementing scalable sales processes and utilizing CRM
tools
Deep understanding of the needs of mid-market and enterprise
clients
