Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Anesthesia Operations II
responsible for managing a regional group of specialty medical
practices in North Florida.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee operations, financial performance, and client relationships
for the assigned region
Develop and monitor business metrics related to financial and
operational performance
Recruit, train, and evaluate Client Services employees while
managing provider resources and allocations
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience managing multi-discipline, multi-specialty
operations at a regional level
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
10 years of experience in physician practice management or
healthcare management
Master's Degree in a health-related field is strongly preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, and Outlook
