Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Care Emergency Services
Specialist to join their Client Care Team in a remote role.
Key Responsibilities:
Resolve emergency situations and complaints from clients, tour
managers, and vendors
Act as the voice of the company to customers, ensuring quality
interactions
Document and track issues for future trend analysis
Required Qualifications:
1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of
education and experience
Strong computer skills, including CRM management and Microsoft
Office
Ability to work in a stressful environment and manage conflict
effectively
Spanish or French speaking skills are a plus
