Implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Oracle Financials implementation initiative
Manage cross-functional teams and align stakeholder
expectations
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure
project success
Required Qualifications
Experience with Oracle Financial implementations, preferably in
financial services or banking
Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PMBOK,
Scrum/Agile, and Lean Six Sigma
Proven leadership skills in managing teams without direct
authority
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage limited resources
effectively
Strong technical understanding of the tools and technologies
involved in projects
